Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, or if you're ready to do grief differently.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your support needs and determine if I am the best fit to assist you at this time.

Please note, Grief Guide is not a crisis service and as such, is not available 24/7.

If you need urgent support, don't hesitate to get in touch with 000, Griefline on 1300 845 745, or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

A Note on Current Availability

Thank you for being here and for reaching out, it means a lot.

I want to be upfront with you: I am currently at capacity and have a small waitlist forming for new clients. I don't anticipate having space until May 2026 at the earliest.

I know that waiting for support when you're in the thick of grief is its own kind of difficult, and I don't take that lightly.

Please don't let this stop you from getting in touch. I'm happy to add you to my waitlist, or to connect you with a trusted colleague who may be able to support you sooner.

Either way, you don't have to figure this out alone.

Thanks for submitting!
